Submitting an Order

1. How Do I place
an order?

To place an order, you have to click on the ‘Add to Cart’ link that has been provided next to the item that you want to order. On making a click on the link, you would be re-directed to the Items details page which will provide the details about the product that you have selected in terms of Item Code, Unit price, Quantity, Price of the Item. There you can click on ‘Add to Cart’ to add the to add the item you have selected to your cart. On clicking on Add to cart you will be directed to your shopping cart, wherein you can click on continue shopping and add more products to your cart or if you have any discount code add the same in the box provided and get discount updated by clicking on update and then you can click on check out. On clicking on check out you will be directed to the forms page where you are given an option either to Register/ Login or as guest. Once you select one of the options as given to place order, you will be directed to shipping details section. After you complete filling this form you can select the payment gateway PAYUMONEY and you can click on make payment and place your order.

2. How do I know that my order has been received by you?

All orders received will be confirmed by return e-mail by us. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours of submitting the order, please e-mail us at: info@thespicesfactory.com. In the subject line of all such e-mails, kindly mention ‘Confirmation Awaited’.

For bulk order, call us / contact us in bulk order section for an immediate confirmation.

Payment Mechanism

1. How do I pay?

We accept online payments. We accept all major Credit cards & Debit Cards.

2. Is the online payment system secure?

Yes, all your online transactions on this site are secure. Online transactions and Credit Card processing on our website are managed through our authorized web retailer payumoney. payumoney is Verisign certified and a secured site. It is one of the leading Credit Card processing service provider on the Internet.
The credit card information that is provided by you on the site is used only for getting the authorization code from your bank. Your Credit Card information is Not stored anywhere in our system.

You provide your credit/ debit card information directly to your bank
through our payment gateway. Hence, your credit/debit card information is not
shared with the merchant.

Delivery Information

1. What are the terms of the delivery service?

We offer the best delivery services to our clients. Normally shipping will be made within 24 hrs from the date  of receipt of order. However we will ensure that the products will be delivered maximum within 7 – 9 working days.

2. Are there any hidden costs such as delivery charges, taxes etc.?

There are no hidden charges. The listed price for the product is inclusive of all charges like packaging, shipping etc. The Delivery and GST charges are only mention before checkout.


3. How to know whether my order is delivered or not?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the relevant details
within 24 hrs. of order delivery from us.

4. Privacy of information provided by me?

Your name, address, email information is not shared with anyone else.
However, we may occasionally send email to our customers notifying them of
special offers/ reminders. However, you can choose not to receive such mails.
