1. THE SPICE FACTORY follows a streamlined process for delivering the products.
2. The perishable commodities displayed on the site and the actual products delivered will be similar and may not be exact replicas as these items are hand-made and can vary. However, in all such cases the quantity and quality specified in the order will be provided as desired.
3. In all major cities we can deliver the products as per the standard delivery packages of our logistics partner. we will ship your product within two business days from your order date.
4.Delivery Time, Telephonic Support and Order cut-off: – Our Normal Delivery Hours are 10 AM – 6 PM. For any other enquires, we shall request you to contact us through email info@thespicesfactory.com
5. No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than the claim for 100% refund of payment made. For complaints/ issues related to quality of the delivery/ product, complaints should be made within 24 hours of delivery of the product through email at: info@thespicesfactory.com
6. The owner of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
7. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at Eranakulam only.
8. Request for cancellation of confirmed order can be made up to 1 day prior to the delivery date. You can send your cancellation request at: info@thespicesfactory.com . For cancellation of order that has been placed using debit/ credit card or Netbanking, 10% of the order value shall be deducted towards bank charges. Also, in the event of cancellation/ refunds the payment for the transactions done through the payment gateway on this website shall be refunded within 3-7 business days. In an event of non-refund within this timeframe, customer is requested to contact us with the order number at: info@thespicesfactory.com.
9. If the shipping address is incorrect and recipient is also un-reachable on phone or if no one is available to accept the delivery of the perishable product (when delivery attempt is made) then in such cases the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made.
10. While placing an order, please provide us with the following information for delivery, full home address of recipient with phone number.
11. In case if The spice factory is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made.
12. The spice factory has taken every care for the accuracy of the information provided in the site. It has exercised due diligence in providing the latest products/information.
13. Quantities/ sizes specified on the site are indicative in nature and hence there can be slight variations in the delivered item, depending on the availability of the gift items. Also note that the items are delivered as per the product description on the website. In an event of conflict among the a) item details in the order form, b) product description (as on the website) and c) displayed image on the website, product description as mentioned on the website (for that product code) shall apply.
14. Genunity of information & interest of making payments: The customer promises that the information provided to The spice factory is true, correct and accurate. The customer also agrees to pay all charges incurred by them and users of your account and credit cards or other payment mention at prices in effect when such charges are incurred. The customer agrees to defend indemnity & hold The spice factory and its affiliates harmless from all liabilities & expenses including attorneys fee related to any violation of this agreement by them and also for the use of the services or transmission of any message or information by them The spice factory may modify this agreement from time to time without giving any prior information.
